Steve Bulgarelli is chairman of Fidutrust. With his expertise in tax matters, he assists clients at all levels — from individuals to major companies — both nationally and internationally. He accompanies clients through the various stages of a company’s life cycle and advises them on taxes, incorporation, reorganisation, takeovers, mergers, and liquidation.
